The ENSPIRE model holistically embraces entrepreneurial development using effective processes to propel student creativity and ideas into functional legal business entities.As our students are at university for limited periods of time, ENSPIRE has been designed as a fast track stage gate model to support novice and seasoned student entrepreneurs.
The model consists of a managed and mentored process created to unlock personal and entrepreneurial potential. This two stream programme channels entrepreneurial energy into focused business goals. The first stream supports business ideas across all sectors of the economy, and the second stream supports the translation of student research and intellectual property into viable commercial businesses.
